Bring Knowhow handles your personal data with care. This statement explains what data I process, why I process it and what your rights are.
Who is responsible?
Bring Knowhow is a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 99601273. You can contact me at info@bringknowhow.com.
Which data do I process?
When you use the contact form: your name and email address, your phone number and organisation if you provide them, and the content of your message.
When we work together: the contact and billing details required to carry out and invoice the assignment.
To prevent misuse of the form, your IP address is stored in encrypted form for a maximum of one hour.
Why do I use your data?
- To respond to your enquiry and, if you wish, arrange an introductory meeting (based on your consent).
- To prepare and carry out an assignment (performance of a contract).
- To meet legal obligations, such as the statutory retention period for tax records.
I do not use your data for newsletters or marketing, and I never sell it to third parties.
How long do I keep your data?
- Messages sent via the contact form: a maximum of 12 months, unless they lead to an assignment.
- Data about assignments and invoices: 7 years, as required by law.
Who do I share your data with?
Only with parties I need in order to carry out my work, such as my hosting provider TransIP (servers in the Netherlands) and my accountant. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Cookies and external services
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not collect visitor statistics. Fonts are served from this website itself. If you click the link to LinkedIn, you will leave this website and LinkedIn’s privacy policy will apply.
Security
The website uses a secure connection (https). Access to the data is limited to me.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data. You may also object to its use, request a copy of your data in a portable format, or withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, please email info@bringknowhow.com. I will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, please let me know so that we can resolve it together. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

This statement may be updated from time to time, for example when the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
